SIMOTICS S-1FL6 high inertia motors are permanent-magnet synchronous servomotor and designed for operation without external cooling. The heat is dissipated through the motor surface. These motors have a high power density, degreee of protection and overload capability. SIMOTICS S-1FT2 can be combined with SINAMICS S120. SIMOTICS S-1FT2 also offer a wide range of variouse options for the SINAMICS S210. For example, high-resolution encoders of up to 26 bits improve system accuracy. Higher degrees of protection up to IP67, as well as various motor modifications make it easier to use in demanding conditions.

The SIMOTICS S-1FT7 servomotors are permanent magnet synchronous motors with highly compact dimensions. They meet the most stringent demands on precision, dynamics and speed setting range as well as on high degrees of protection and ruggedness. The motors are fitted with the latest encoder technology and are optimized for operation with our fully digital drive SIMATICS S120 and control systems. Natural, external or water-cooling are cooling types that can be selected. In the case of natural cooling, the developing thermal loss is drawn off via the surface area whereas an attached fan forces thermal loss away with external cooling. Maximum cooling – and, therefore, maximum performance – can be achieved with water-cooling.

SIMOTICS SD 1LE5 SERVOMOTOR
The new generation of low-voltage SIMOTICS SD motors with cast iron frame is robust, extremely compact with high power density. Energy efficiency concepts are future-oriented and and serve to increase competitiveness, just like the QR code that every engine motor has. This data matrix code allows access to engine data from an intelligent device. In the future, the engine will work with the new developed concept “Smart Motor Concept”. This will allow easy analysis to be provided through a cloud connection to the MindSphere. Three-phase asynchronous shourt-circuit electric motors with a cast iron frame of the 1LE5 series are designed for demanding working conditions, axial height 315-450mm.

MATRIX DISPLAYS FOR INDUSTRIAL USE
The display is designed for the visual display of text in the industry, such as text reporting, values and quantities, technological data and other text reporting. Visual display of graphics is also available.
The display communicates with the help of module interface for PROFIBUS protocol. Configuration file GSD is included with the module as part of its accessories. With the systems ABB AC 31, AC500 and others, such as SIMATIC S7 300, S7 400, we supply communication block (it’s part of the delivery).
The display accepts and presents data from a superior system. It features a visual display of errors, such as malfunctions with the PROFIBUS and CPU. It is possible to rotate the displayed information. For the emphasis of various phases or stages, it is also possible to activate a flickering (blinking) mode.
